Paul Jenkins, Sr., President and CEO

It is often said that the character and personality of an organization stems from its leader, and MiG is no exception. President and CEO Paul Jenkins, Sr. built his career and company over the past 30 years and brings talent, trust and tradition to the table.

With numerous ventures and projects in his portfolio, Jenkins launched MiG in 2000 after growing an automotive-oriented construction company to a $70 million venture. He wanted MiG to be more diverse and more flexible to address the changing construction needs of existing and emerging markets. The dream became reality quickly when MiG was awarded the contract to build the temporary home of the MotorCity Casino in downtown Detroit. This success was followed by numerous large-scale projects, including the $293 million permanent home of the MotorCity Casino.  MiG’s office in Detroit has been successful building and renovating schools, various energy relating projects, and currently gaining experience on various projects in the medical/hospital arena. 

In 2006, MiG opened its west coast office in Las Vegas Nevada.  Since that time MiG has successfully completed projects at 17 different properties on the Vegas Strip.  Build out and renovation projects have included entire casino floors, room remodels, high rollers suites, restaurants, front and back of house projects, spa, theater, arena, retail and new construction. 

Paul’s love for construction shows in every member of our team and his company operates with a philosophy much larger than just a General Contractor.  We are Partners with our Owner’s projects and success – we work jointly with design teams up front to aid in the best drawing package creation. MiG also understands it is how you finish projects that make a lasting impression on everyone involved. That is why MiG will close our projects thoroughly covering every detail to ensure a seamless turnover to operations along with continued support after opening.
